Launch of Ingrid McClements Memorial Award

An evening of feminist activism and discussion

Guest speaker: Bea Campbell, author, journalist & campaigner.

We are asking those attending to bring suggestions for:

1.  Feminist activism - ideas for challenging male violence and gender inequality -  innovative, imaginative ideas welcome - also any examples of activism that has worked well for you

2.  Suggestions for `slogans` or information which could be printed on stickers or `bookmarks` to protest against  pornography and the sexualisation of women and girls in the media, eg something which could be slipped inside lad`s mags, or distributed outside newsagents, or circulated via social networking sites

3.  Suggestions for fundraising activities to support work against male violence.  Offer to fundraise also welcome!
