Womens Support Project

FGM Aware Network

The FGM Aware Network is an informal network of practitioners, community activists and FGM survivors.  The Network aims to provide opportunities for sharing information and good practice, and peer and mutual support for all working to prevent and end FGM.

A recent meeting discussed how third sector and community organisations can best work to support implementation of the FGM National Action Plan.  A report of the event is available here.
