SOLD OUT Screen Debate - Month of Action against child sexual abuse

The Tale Wednesday 26thSeptember 2018, 5.45pm Glasgow Film Theatre, 12 Rose Street, G3

The Tale is a 2018 American film written and directed by Jennifer Fox and starring Laura Dern, Ellen Burstyn, Jason Ritter, Elizabeth Debicki and Isabelle Nélisse. It tells the story of Fox`s own childhood sexual abuse and how it affects her later relationships.

At times difficult to watch, The Tale has been described by critics as ‘stunning’ and ‘a landmark film’. The screening will be followed by a panel and audience discussion, with BSL interpretation throughout.  Please note tha tthe film will not be subtitled.

Tickets are free of charge but a donation is requested to cover costs.
