FGM Aware: Working together to end FGM

An event to mark the International Day of zero tolerance for FGM
Monday 4th February 2019, 1.30pm – 4pm COSLA Conference Centre, Verity House, 19 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh, EH12 5BH

We have organised this event, with support from COSLA, to mark the International Day of zero tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation (For information see www.un.org/en/events/femalegenitalmutilationday/)

This is an opportunity for networking and information sharing, to hear about current initiatives around FGM, and to highlight the importance of all sectors working together.

Our panel speakers will include Jane Chiodini, Dean of the Faculty of Travel Medicine and Vickie Davitt, GBV and FGM Specialist Midwife.
