Womens Support Project

Rights & Choices

Rights & Choices Information Session
Tuesday 17th September
10am – 1.30pm
Room 2, Adelphi Centre, 12 Commercial Road, Glasgow, G5 0PQ

The ‘Rights & Choices’ project works with migrant, refugee and asylum seeking women who are isolated and have experienced violence or abuse.

Activities include befriending, drop in mornings, information sessions, for example on women’s health, and short courses.

The work aims to reduce isolation and strengthen social networks, and to leave women better placed to take part in community activities, further learning, employment or volunteering.

You are invited to come along on 17th September to hear more about our work, the benefits for women, and how to refer women. It will also be an opportunity to meet with colleagues from other agencies and to discuss the barriers which can stop or hinder women from accessing services. If you would like to attend please email sabina@womenssupportproject.org.uk
