Trainer Training 1
Introduction to training and learning for new and existing trainers with no previous formal training.
Trainer Training 2 – SQA accredited three-day course
Covers the knowledge, understanding and skills required to enable participants to plan, design, deliver and resource a variety of training activities.

Aberdeenshire CVS
Practical, skill-building workshop led by an experienced trainer. Suitable for anyone with a training responsibility, this course includes a trainer’s ‘toolkit.’

Glasgow Clyde College, Glasgow
There are a number of training and development courses delivered at the Cardonald Campus including a Diploma in Training and Development.  This course takes candidates through the training cycle and develops skills in planning, designing and delivering training sessions.

Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector
For people who are new to training [or who wish to reflect on their current training practice]. All participants, on successful completion of the course, receive an ILM certificate.

Kinharvie Institute of Facilitation, Glasgow
Offers a facilitation skills programme.

Professional Development Award Diploma in Training and Development. (PDA Diploma)

Lews Castle College, Stornoway
Planning and delivering learning sessions to groups short course (SCQF Level 6)

Quest (Scotland), Dundee                                                                                                                                          Planning and Delivering Learning Sessions accredited by SQA at SCQF level 6. This training programme consists of - 3 days of workplace training, assessment and a written reflective account of how training practice will change.                                                             
Certificate in Delivering Training in the Workplace accredited by SQA at level 7.
